Madeleines
Ella has discovered the good taste of Madeleines so today she came over to my house and we baked. The chocolate ones taste just like a hot chocolate cake (from Rose's Christmas cookies) and the white one is lemon/ almond (from Martha Stewart's Baking Handbook. We made one kind for the chocolate lovers and one kind for the lemon lovers. Both were delicious. Ella is a great helper in the kitchen. She is very good at licking the beater.
