Life's a Beach, Morro Beach, Laguna

Morro Beach

Another day in paradise!
A couple of years ago the people who lived here lost their lease. There were about 50 mobile homes squatted here with absolutely paradise type conditions. This is what it looks like today. They are still clearing away the concrete slab foundation. Yes, it is more pristine but it has lost its beachcomer charm.  Today was another 90+ degree day!!!

Thank you, Winifred. I lived at the beach for 20 years and loved every day of it. I moved inland about 5 miles....not far but not walking distance either. I was at the beach with my grandaughters yesterday but with no camera. It was spectacular...lots of pelicans and of course, sea gulls. Kate, 19 mo, thought for sure she could catch one. Thank you for commenting on my blog I enjoy your visits

One of my most favorite views. I used to think how fabulous it would be to live there. Corona Del Mar wasn't too shabby though, I know we agree on that Denise.
