pomegranate & leaf
Who said we don't have fall color in California? The Santa Ana winds blew hard this week stripping many of our liquidambar trees of their leaves. Sophie & I picked this one up this morning on our walk. The pomegranate came from a patient's tree. It weighs well over a pound and wears a perfect royal crown.

What a beautiful Pomegranate, hope it is delicious. The leaf is a beautiful color, I'm afraid our fall color is fading quickly here in Maine.
