I saw this recipe on the cover of Bon Appetit (April 2010) and had to buy the issue...just for the cover. I made it once with beet greens because that is what I had but after finding the pea tendrils along with the fabulously fresh sugar snap peas at the Farmers' Market I made it again. The sesame oil, flavored vinegars, ginger and soy sauce really give these vegetables a great flavor and on top of the salmon...divine. I am posting the link for the Bon Appetit recipe:
