Corn Salad, 9:6
I was in Seattle last weekend. Brad & Amber made a lovely fresh corn salad with goat cheese. I wanted to make it today but I had to sketch it first. By the time I went to the Farmers' market to get the fresh corn, then laid out all this stuff to sketch, it was too late for dinner. I had bread and goat cheese. Maybe tomorrow it will be salad.
