I followed the recipe exactly today but I have used ginger snaps instead of graham crackers for the crust. My friend, Marjorie, uses a combination of lemon and lime juice...I squeezed Key limes fresh and used organic, free range chicken eggs. But it still is very decadent.

I tried low fat sweetened condensed milk.....not as good. don't try it
