Not every year are the lilacs in full bloom and glorious but this year they are shining and fragrant. Usually the lilacs bloom in May and here it is May Day but this year they came in April and if you take a walk at about 7 in the evening and there is even a gentle breeze you will be intoxicated by their fragrance. Sasha
Sasha is Whitney and Ryan's first dog. They got her a couple of years after they were married before Ella came along and then Kate. She was the prettiest Akita I have ever seen and she had a wonderful sweet personality. She was very gentle with her little family and loved to be with them and let them play with her. Sasha was a talker as most Akitas are. Whenever I would come in the front door she would smile and talk to me...all the time her tail wagging. She loved me and I LOVED this dog.
Sasha went to heaven 2 days ago. She was 10 years old and was so sick in the end. But it was with love and kindness that Whitney and her family let her go.
We all become so attached to our furry family members and it is hard to say goodbye. They love us so much and without asking for much in return of course unless you have forgotten to take them for their nightly walk.
Thank you for letting us love you, Sasha. You were a wonderful family dog.
