Cauliflower rice pilaf |
mise en place Ingredients: Cauliflower head spring onions olive oil herbs: parsley and thyme |
cut cauliflower into smaller florets |
then into the food processor until the size of rice |
In a frypan place about 3 Tbs olive oil
Saute the sliced onions until translucent
Then add the "rice and cook about 5 minutes
Add the herbs- I used parsley and thyme
Try a purple cauliflower with extra antioxidant: anthocyanin |
